Er. Prijeesh S, the founder of Rajadhani Constructors, grew up in a humble family where opportunities were limited and success came only through perseverance. Through hard work, determination, and a passion for engineering, he built a career that not only transformed his own life but also lifted his family out of poverty.

As Rajadhani Constructors grew into a trusted construction company, Prijeesh Sir spent decades working on real projects, mentoring young engineers, and witnessing the challenges faced by fresh graduates entering the industry.

He realized that many engineering graduates possessed strong theoretical knowledge but lacked the practical skills needed to succeed on construction sites. This gap often made the transition from college to career difficult and discouraging.

Driven by a desire to help the next generation avoid the struggles he had experienced, he began conducting practical training sessions for faculty members of engineering colleges across Kerala.

Then came the moment that changed everything.

After one such session at Vidya Engineering College, a professor told him:

Inspired by that conversation, Prijeesh Sir founded Rajadhani Finishing School with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between engineering education and the construction industry through practical, industry-focused training.
